【摘要】：目的：檢測扁平苔蘚(Lichen Planus,LP)皮損中白介素17(IL-17)和叉頭轉(zhuǎn)錄因子3(FoxP3)的表達(dá),探討Th17細(xì)胞和Treg細(xì)胞的相關(guān)炎癥因子失衡及細(xì)胞凋亡與扁平苔蘚的關(guān)系。方法：采用免疫組化法檢測30例扁平苔蘚患者皮損和30例健康人皮膚組織中IL-17、FoxP3的表達(dá)情況,用原位末端標(biāo)記技術(shù)(TUNEL)檢測皮損處細(xì)胞凋亡情況,并進(jìn)行水平相關(guān)性的分析。結(jié)果：扁平苔蘚組IL-17和FoxP3的積分光密度值分別為14670±1790和14520±2560,均明顯高于健康對照組(分別為7210±1210、7090±1050),兩組比較,t值分別為18.88、14.69,P值均小于0.01;扁平苔蘚組角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞凋亡指數(shù)(70.55±5.78),明顯高于健康對照組(30.01±3.97),兩組比較,t=31.67,P0.01。扁平苔蘚組IL-17、FoxP3呈正相關(guān),IL-17、FoxP3與角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞凋亡程度呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論：(1)扁平苔蘚皮損中的IL-17、FoxP3高表達(dá),提示其參與了扁平苔蘚的發(fā)病。(2)扁平苔蘚皮損中存在角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞的凋亡亢進(jìn)。(3)扁平苔蘚皮損中IL-17、FoxP3的表達(dá)呈正相關(guān),且兩者在皮損中的表達(dá)均與角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞凋亡指數(shù)呈正相關(guān),提示在扁平苔蘚皮損中IL-17、FoxP3介導(dǎo)的炎癥反應(yīng)與細(xì)胞凋亡程度具有一定的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the expression of interleukin-17 (IL-17) and transcription factor 3 (FoxP3) in the skin of Lichen Planus (LP), and to explore the relationship between the imbalance of the relevant inflammatory factors and the cell apoptosis and the lichen planus of Th17 cells and Treg cells. Methods: The expression of IL-17 and FoxP3 in 30 patients with lichen planus and 30 healthy controls were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the cell apoptosis was detected by TUNEL in situ. Results: The integral optical density of the levels of IL-17 and FoxP3 in the lichen planus was 14670,1790 and 14520-2560, respectively, which was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group (7210-1210,7090-1050). The t-values were 18.88, 14.69 and P <0.01, respectively. Compared with the healthy control group (30.01-3.97), the two groups were compared, t = 31.67, P0.01. There was a positive correlation between the levels of IL-17 and FoxP3 in the lichen planus, and the levels of IL-17 and FoxP3 were positively correlated with the degree of apoptosis. Conclusion: (1) The expression of IL-17 and FoxP3 in the skin of the lichen planus indicates that it is involved in the development of the lichen planus. (2) In the skin of the lichen planus, there is a hyperfunction of the keratinocytes in the skin of the lichen planus. (3) The expression of IL-17 and FoxP3 in the skin of the lichen planus was positively correlated, and the expression of the two in the lesions was positively correlated with the apoptosis index of the keratinocytes, suggesting that the inflammatory response mediated by IL-17 and FoxP3 in the skin of the lichen planus has a certain correlation with the degree of apoptosis.
