【摘要】：目的:探討口服枸地氯雷他定片聯(lián)合匹多莫德分散片治療慢性蕁麻疹的療效以及對患者細胞免疫功能的影響。方法:治療組應(yīng)用枸地氯雷他定片聯(lián)合匹多莫德分散片治療,對照組應(yīng)用枸地氯雷他定片治療,兩組患者均口服藥物,連用4周。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效、不良反應(yīng)及治療前后癥狀積分、外周血T淋巴細胞亞群的變化。結(jié)果:治療組總有效率為90.48%,對照組為84.13%,兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后6個月隨訪,治療組復(fù)發(fā)率為14.29%,對照組為64.29%,差異有顯著性(P0.01)。治療后治療組與對照組相比,CD4+升高,CD8+降低,CD4+/CD8+比值明顯升高,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),臨床癥狀積分均較治療前明顯下降(P0.05)。結(jié)論:慢性蕁麻疹患者存在外周T細胞亞群紊亂。應(yīng)用枸地氯雷他定片聯(lián)合匹多莫德分散片治療慢性蕁麻疹的療效顯著,能明顯改善患者的臨床癥狀及體征,安全性較好,作用機制可能與糾正患者外周血T細胞亞群功能紊亂有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the efficacy of oral Lycidium loratadine tablets combined with pidomod dispersible tablets in the treatment of chronic urticaria and its effect on cellular immune function. Methods: the treatment group was treated with Lycidium loratadine tablets combined with pidomod dispersible tablets, while the control group was treated with Lycidium loratadine tablets. Both groups were treated with oral medicine for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, symptom score and changes of peripheral blood T lymphocytes subsets were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Results: the total effective rate was 90. 48% in the treatment group and 84. 13% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The recurrence rate was 14.29% in the treatment group and 64.29% in the control group (P 0.01). After treatment, compared with the control group, CD4 increased, CD8 decreased, CD4 / CD8 ratio significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the clinical symptom score was significantly lower than that before treatment (P 0.05). Conclusion: there is disorder of peripheral T cell subsets in patients with chronic urticaria. The treatment of chronic urticaria with Lycidium loratadine tablets combined with pidomod dispersible tablets is effective, which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients, and the safety is good. The mechanism may be related to correcting the dysfunction of T cell subsets in peripheral blood of patients.
