【摘要】：目的:通過對194例尋常型銀屑病患者的病歷資料進行回顧性分析,總結本地區(qū)近三年來銀屑病的發(fā)病特點以及中西醫(yī)結合治療經(jīng)驗,以更好的預防和治療銀屑病。材料與方法:調查2014-2016年于遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學附屬醫(yī)院皮膚科病房住院的尋常型銀屑病患者,對患者一般資料(包括性別、年齡、病程等)、實驗室檢查(血尿常規(guī)、肝腎功、血糖、血脂、免疫功能、肝膽脾彩超等)、臨床特點、中醫(yī)辨證分型、治療方法及療效等項目登記列表,用EXCEL軟件建立尋常型銀屑病患者數(shù)據(jù)庫并進行分析。結果:1.一般情況:共研究患者194例,男女性別構成比為1.69:1,發(fā)病年齡多分布在21-60歲。2.發(fā)病季節(jié):四季發(fā)病,春夏季與秋冬季相比無差異。3.誘發(fā)因素:有明確誘發(fā)因素78例,占40.21%,多以感染為主。4.既往基礎疾病:74例既往患有基礎疾病(38.14%),以心腦血管疾病、糖尿病、脂肪肝等疾病為主。5.家族史:有家族遺傳病史22例,占11.34%。6.個人史:77例患者有吸煙飲酒等不良嗜好,占總例數(shù)的39.69%。7.中醫(yī)證型分布:主要分為三個證型,血熱內蘊證169例(87.11%),血虛風燥證18例(9.28%),氣滯血瘀證7例(3.61%)。8.治療結果:治愈5例,好轉184例,無效5例,總有效率97.42%。結論:1.銀屑病好發(fā)于男性,多見于青中年。2.銀屑病病因復雜,與感染、精神、遺傳、飲食、環(huán)境、藥物等因素相關。3.銀屑病患者易伴發(fā)高血脂、高尿酸、高血糖等代謝障礙。4.血熱內蘊證最常見。5.中西醫(yī)結合治療銀屑病療效確切,有效率達97.42%。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize the characteristics of psoriasis vulgaris in recent three years and the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in order to prevent and treat psoriasis through retrospective analysis of the medical records of 194 patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
