【摘要】：正1病歷資料例1.男,3歲。例2.女,1歲。因出生時(shí)斑疹,分別于2014年6月13日及2014年7月2日來(lái)我院皮膚科就診�；純鹤猿錾蠹窗l(fā)現(xiàn)軀干、四肢有線狀和帶狀色素沉著斑,緩慢進(jìn)展至頸部、面部。病程中無(wú)瘙癢。既往身體健康,父母健康,家族中無(wú)類(lèi)似疾病患者。體格檢查:發(fā)育正常,智力正常,各系統(tǒng)檢查無(wú)異常。皮膚科檢查:軀干、四肢、頸部、面部均可見(jiàn)呈線狀、條帶狀、漩渦狀分布的色素沉著斑,沿Blaschko線非對(duì)
[Abstract]:Positive 1 case data 1. Male, 3 years old. Example 2. Female, 1 year old. Because of the rash at birth, he came to our dermatology department on June 13, 2014 and July 2, 2014 respectively. Since birth, the body, limbs with linear and banded pigmentation spots, slow progress to the neck, face. There is no itching in the course of the disease. In the past, there were no patients with similar diseases in the family, both in good health and in the health of their parents. Physical examination: normal development, normal intelligence, no abnormal examination of each system. Dermatological examination: linear, banded, whirlpool pigmentation spots were found in the trunk, limbs, neck and face, and were not correct along the Blaschko line.
