【摘要】：正1病歷摘要患者女,38歲。因發(fā)現(xiàn)左額頂部脫發(fā)半年余于2011年3月25日至我科就診,患者于半年前無明顯誘因左側(cè)額頂部頭皮出現(xiàn)數(shù)個(gè)米粒大丘疹,無明顯不適,患者未診治,后皮疹逐漸形成斑塊,伴局限性脫發(fā)。患者既往體健,否認(rèn)家族中有類似病史。體格檢查:系統(tǒng)檢查無特殊。皮膚科檢查:頭皮可見數(shù)個(gè)大小不等的紫紅色丘疹及
