【摘要】：目的觀察Semaphorin 5A在皮膚黑素瘤(CMM)組織中的表達情況,并探討其與CMM惡性程度的相關(guān)性。方法選擇20例CMM患者和20例黑素細胞痣者的石蠟包埋組織標本。CMM患者根據(jù)Clark(1969)分級方法,Ⅰ級3例(15.00%)、Ⅱ級3例(15.00%)、Ⅲ級4例(20.00%)、Ⅳ級7例(35.00%)、Ⅴ級有3例(15.00%)。免疫組化法檢測Semaphorin 5A在CMM及黑素細胞痣皮損組織中的表達,比較不同病理分級的CMM間Semaphorin 5A表達的差異。結(jié)果 Semaphorin 5A在CMM中的陽性表達率(80.00%,16/20)高于黑素細胞痣中的陽性表達率(5.00%,1/20)(P0.05);且Semaphorin 5A在CMM中的表達與Clark分級呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論Semaphorin 5A在CMM組織中的表達升高,與CMM惡性程度有關(guān)。
