【摘要】：患者女,25歲。外陰及肛周散在分布水皰伴瘙癢和疼痛1年。皮損組織病理檢查示:角化過度,表皮增生,基底細(xì)胞層上水皰,棘層松解細(xì)胞見于表皮全層或表皮的下半部,大部分棘層松解細(xì)胞只是輕度分離,猶如坍塌的磚墻,可見角化不良的棘層松解細(xì)胞。真皮乳頭水腫,淺層血管周圍以淋巴細(xì)胞為主的浸潤。診斷:慢性家族性良性天皰瘡。
[Abstract]:Patient woman, 25 years old. Vulva and perianal scattered blisters with itching and pain for one year. Histopathological examination of the lesions showed that hyperkeratosis, epidermis hyperplasia, blisters on the basal cell layer, and spinous layer release cells were found in the whole layer of the epidermis or in the lower part of the epidermis, and most of the spinous layer lytic cells were only slightly separated, like collapsed brick walls. The acantholytic cells with poor keratosis were seen. Dermal papillae edema and lymphocyte-dominated infiltration around superficial vessels. Diagnosis: chronic familial benign pemphigus.
