【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者男,25歲。雙足皮疹3年,加重伴瘙癢1年。3年前,患者雙足背部無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)綠豆大紅斑,自覺瘙癢,無水皰、糜爛及滲出。外院曾按"足癬"、"濕疹"治療,瘙癢減輕,但皮疹增厚并擴大,逐漸波及全足背。1年前,患者病情加重,雙足跟及雙手虎口部位出現(xiàn)紅斑及丘疹,局部肥厚并皸裂,上覆較多鱗屑,但未見水皰及膿皰等,外院仍按"濕疹"予抗過敏及止癢等對癥治療(具體用藥及劑量不詳),皮疹未見明顯好轉(zhuǎn),遂就
[Abstract]:Male, 25 years old. Bipedal rash 3 years, aggravated with itching for 1 year. 3 years ago, the patient had no obvious inducement to appear mung bean erythema, conscious pruritus, no blisters, erosion and exudation. The external hospital used to treat "tinea pedis" and "eczema" to relieve itching, but the rash became thicker and expanded, and gradually spread to the whole back of the foot. One year ago, the patient's condition became worse, erythema and papules appeared in both heels and the mouth of the tiger's mouth of both hands, and the local area was hypertrophic and chapped. More scales were overlaid, but no blister and pustules were seen. The external hospital still treated "eczema" with antiallergic and antipruritic treatment (medication and dosage unknown). The rash was not obviously improved.
