【摘要】：正患者男,63歲。因胸部淡紅色丘疹8年余于2015年9月22日來我院就診。8年前患者發(fā)現(xiàn)胸部出現(xiàn)一米粒大淡紅色丘疹,無自覺癥狀,皮損逐漸增大,周圍出現(xiàn)毛細(xì)血管增生、擴(kuò)張。近2周患者自覺患處瘙癢,因搔抓皮損,其表面偶有糜爛、出血。患者既往體健,否認(rèn)家族中有類似病史患者。
[Abstract]:The patient was 63 years old. The patient came to our hospital on September 22, 2015 because of the reddish papules in the chest for more than 8 years. Eight years ago, the patient found that there was a large pinkish papules in the chest, without conscious symptoms, the skin lesions gradually increased, and the capillary hyperplasia and dilatation appeared around the chest. In the last 2 weeks, the patients had itch in the affected area, and occasionally had erosion and bleeding because of scratching the skin lesions. The patient was previously healthy and denied having a similar history in the family.
