【摘要】：目的:探討白介素(IL)-25、胸腺基質(zhì)淋巴細(xì)胞生成素(TSLP)mRNA在尋常性銀屑病(PV)患者與正常人外周血的表達(dá)差異及其與銀屑病皮損面積及嚴(yán)重程度指數(shù)(PASI)的相關(guān)性;探討白芍總苷(TGP)在PV治療中的作用機(jī)制。方法:采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR方法,檢測50例PV患者和40例正常對(duì)照者外周血IL-25、TSLP mRNA的表達(dá)量,及42例PV患者應(yīng)用TGP 4周后和23例應(yīng)用8周后外周血IL-25、TSLP mRNA的表達(dá)量,并對(duì)PV患者進(jìn)行PASI評(píng)分。結(jié)果:PV患者外周血中IL-25和TSLP mRNA的表達(dá)量明顯低于正常對(duì)照組(均P0.05);患者外周血中IL-25和TSLP mRNA的表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)(P0.01)。經(jīng)TGP治療4周后,患者外周血中IL-25和TSLP mRNA的表達(dá)水平較治療前升高,PASI評(píng)分較治療前降低(均P0.05);治療8周后,患者外周血中IL-25和TSLP mRNA的表達(dá)比治療4周后升高,PASI評(píng)分降低(均P0.05)。結(jié)論:IL-25和TSLP可能在PV的發(fā)病過程中起一定的抑制性作用;TGP可能通過這兩個(gè)因子對(duì)PV產(chǎn)生治療作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of interleukin-25 (IL). The expression of thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) mRNA) in peripheral blood of (PV) patients with psoriasis vulgaris and normal controls and its correlation with psoriasis lesion area and severity index (PASI); To explore the mechanism of total glucoside of paeony (TGP) in the treatment of PV. Methods: the expression of IL-25,TSLP mRNA in peripheral blood of 50 patients with PV and 40 normal controls was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. 42 patients with PV were treated with TGP for 4 weeks and 23 patients with IL-25, after 8 weeks. The expression of TSLP mRNA and the PASI score of PV patients were evaluated. Results: the expression of IL-25 and TSLP mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with PV was significantly lower than that of normal controls (P0.05), and the expression of IL-25 and TSLP mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with PV was positively correlated (P0.01). After 4 weeks of TGP treatment, the expression of IL-25 and TSLP mRNA in peripheral blood of patients was higher than that before treatment, and the PASI score was lower than that before treatment (P0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the expression of IL-25 and TSLP mRNA in peripheral blood of patients was higher than that after 4 weeks treatment, and the PASI score was lower (P0.05). Conclusion: IL-25 and TSLP may play an inhibitory role in the pathogenesis of PV and TGP may play a therapeutic role on PV through these two factors.
