【摘要】：目的用3種方法聯(lián)合檢測(cè)了解本院的梅毒檢出率,為梅毒的防治工作提供依據(jù),有效地預(yù)防梅毒的醫(yī)院感染。方法對(duì)本院2011年-2013年1 620例門診及住院患者梅毒陽性病例進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果 3年共檢測(cè)梅毒80 246人,感染者1 620例、陽性檢出率依次為1.78%、1.97%、2.26%,其中男性872例、女性748例、男女比例為1.16∶1;61歲~70歲陽性檢出率最高,60歲男性以41歲~50歲居多,女性以31歲~40歲居多;不同年份RPR陽性者血清滴度之間的人數(shù)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001),RPR血清滴度≥1∶8 208例,其中21歲~30歲年齡組67例(32.21%)占一定比例。結(jié)論梅毒感染者檢出率逐年上升;61歲以上老年人群占有較高的比例;21歲~30歲育齡婦女是重點(diǎn)人群,做好孕產(chǎn)期血清學(xué)篩檢可減少胎傳梅毒的發(fā)生;用3種方法聯(lián)合檢測(cè)可避免漏檢并能促進(jìn)梅毒的早發(fā)現(xiàn)、早診斷、早治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the detection rate of syphilis in our hospital by three methods, to provide basis for prevention and treatment of syphilis, and to effectively prevent nosocomial infection of syphilis. Methods the syphilis positive cases of outpatients and inpatients from 2011 to 2013 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 80246 syphilis patients and 1 620 infected persons were detected in 3 years. The positive rate of syphilis was 1.78 and 1.97 respectively, including 872 males and 748 females, the ratio of male to female was 1.16: 1; The positive rate of 61 ~ 70 years old was the highest, 60 years old male was 41 ~ 50 years old, female was 31 ~ 40 years old.
