【摘要】：目的為結(jié)節(jié)性癢疹(PN)患者過敏原檢測方法的選擇提供臨床依據(jù),并進一步研究PN過敏原的分布特征。方法 PN患者262例分4組進行點刺試驗(54例)、斑貼試驗(50例)、血清IgE過敏原檢測(56例)和血清IgG過敏原檢測(102例),系統(tǒng)分析PN患者各項過敏原陽性率和分布差異。結(jié)果與對照組比較,54例PN患者點刺試驗中法桐、艾蒿、楊樹、粉塵螨、屋塵螨、鱈魚、花生和番茄的陽性率增高(P0.05);50例PN患者斑貼試驗中硫酸鎳、芳香混合物、黑橡膠混合物和卡巴混合物陽性率增高(P0.05);56例PN患者血清IgE試驗中屋塵、凬草、貓毛/狗毛、蟑螂、青霉/孢霉和羊肉陽性率增高(P0.05);102例PN患者血清IgG試驗中蟹、蝦、牛肉、鱈魚陽性率增高(P0.05)。結(jié)論點刺試驗、血清IgE檢測在PN患者中的應(yīng)用非常重要,血清IgG檢測對PN患者飲食結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整也有一定意義,而斑貼試驗在PN中的應(yīng)用意義還需要進一步探討。
[Abstract]:Objective to provide clinical basis for the selection of allergen detection methods in patients with prurigo nodule (PN) and to further study the distribution of PN allergens. Methods 262 patients with PN were divided into 4 groups: prick test (54 cases), patch test (50 cases), serum IgE allergen test (56 cases) and serum IgG allergen test (102 cases). Results compared with the control group, the positive rates of Falton, Artemisia, Poplar, Dermatophagoides farinae, Cod, Peanut and Tomato increased in 54 patients with PN (P0.05). The positive rates of nickel sulfate, aromatic mixture, black rubber mixture and carbapa mixture in 50 PN patients were increased (P0.05). The positive rates of house dust, grass, cat hair / dog hair, cockroach, penicillium / spore and mutton were increased in serum IgE test of 56 patients with PN (P0.05), and the positive rates of crab, shrimp, beef and cod in serum IgG test of 102 patients with PN were increased (P0.05). Conclusion the application of prick test and serum IgE in patients with PN is very important. The detection of serum IgG also has some significance for the adjustment of dietary structure of PN patients, and the application significance of plaque test in PN needs to be further explored.
