【摘要】：報告1例宮頸腺癌皮膚轉(zhuǎn)移。患者女,46歲。外陰和大腿紅色斑塊伴腫脹8個月余。2年前診斷為宮頸腺癌并接受多次放療和化療。皮膚科檢查:雙側(cè)外陰、腹股溝及大腿內(nèi)側(cè)對稱性分布暗紅色斑塊,明顯腫脹。皮損組織病理檢查示真皮內(nèi)膠原束間及擴(kuò)張的淋巴管內(nèi)可見團(tuán)塊狀腫瘤組織,異形性明顯。免疫組化示上皮膜抗原及癌胚抗原均陽性。結(jié)合臨床和組織病理表現(xiàn),診斷為宮頸腺癌皮膚轉(zhuǎn)移。
[Abstract]:A case of skin metastasis from cervical adenocarcinoma was reported. The patient was 46 years old. Red plaque of vulva and thigh with swelling for more than 8 months. Diagnosed as adenocarcinoma of cervix 2 years ago and received multiple radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Dermatology examination: bilateral vulva, groin and thigh symmetrically distributed dark red plaques, obvious swelling. Histopathological examination showed massive tumor tissue in collagen bundles and dilated lymphatic vessels in dermis. Immunohistochemical staining showed that both epithelial membrane antigen and carcinoembryonic antigen were positive. Combined with clinical and histopathological findings, cervical adenocarcinoma was diagnosed as cutaneous metastasis.
