【摘要】：正1病歷摘要患兒男,6個(gè)月。因全身散發(fā)白斑4個(gè)月就診�；純�4個(gè)月前雙眼角及眼瞼出現(xiàn)白斑,逐漸擴(kuò)大,之后陸續(xù)在頭、口鼻周圍、腋窩、腹股溝、臀部、手、足均出現(xiàn)對稱性界限清楚的白斑�；純合底阍马槷a(chǎn),母乳喂養(yǎng),患病以來飲食睡眠均正常。無家族免疫系統(tǒng)疾病病史,父母非近親結(jié)婚,直系親屬均無白癜風(fēng)病史。體格檢查:患兒發(fā)育良好,對周圍刺激反應(yīng)正常。外觀無畸形。生命體征正常,系統(tǒng)檢查未見異常。皮膚科檢查:全部頭皮及發(fā)際、雙眼上下眼瞼少許、兩眉弓及兩眉間、口鼻周圍(圖1)、頸部、雙腋下小片色素脫失斑疹或斑片,邊界清楚,分布對稱(圖2A),手背、足背及側(cè)緣(圖2B、C)、陰囊、腹股溝及肛周臀部(圖2D)
[Abstract]:Male, 6 months. Because the whole body sends out the white spot 4 months to see a doctor. The white spots appeared in the double corners and eyelids 4 months ago, and gradually expanded, and then white spots appeared in the head, mouth and nose, axilla, groin, buttock, hand, foot, and then in the head, mouth and nose, armpit, groin, buttock, hand and foot. The children were born in full term, breast-feeding and normal diet and sleep since they became ill. There was no family history of immune system diseases, no history of vitiligo among parents who were not close relatives and no history of vitiligo. Physical examination: the children developed well and had a normal response to peripheral stimuli. No deformity in appearance. The vital signs were normal and the system examination was not abnormal. Dermatology examination: all scalp and hair, a little upper and lower eyelid of both eyes, two eyebrows and two eyebrows, around mouth and nose (figure 1), neck, double axillary patches of pigmentation or speckles, with clear boundary, symmetrical distribution (figure 2A), back of hand, Dorsal and lateral margin of foot (Fig. 2BU C), scrotum, groin and perianal buttocks (figure 2D)
