【摘要】：患者女,18歲。右上臂及右大腿褐色斑片5~+月。皮膚科情況:右上臂及右大腿屈側(cè)可見沿Blaschko線分布的褐色斑片,部分皮膚輕度萎縮,觸診無硬化、結(jié)節(jié)及壓痛。皮損組織病理示:表皮大致正常,基底細(xì)胞灶狀空泡化,基底層局部色素增加,真皮膠原大致正常,真皮淺中層小血管周圍少量淋巴細(xì)胞浸潤。診斷為Moulin線狀萎縮性皮病。隨訪半年,患者皮損無明顯變化。
[Abstract]:The patient was 18 years old. Brown patch of right upper arm and right thigh. Dermatology: the right upper arm and right thigh showed brown spots along the Blaschko line, some of the skin atrophy, palpation without sclerosis, nodule and tenderness. The histopathology of the lesions showed that the epidermis was normal, the basal cells were vacuolated, the local pigments of the basal layer were increased, the dermal collagen was normal, and a small number of lymphocytes infiltrated around the small vessels in the superficial and middle dermis. Moulin linear atrophic dermatosis was diagnosed. There was no significant change in skin lesions after half a year follow-up.
