【摘要】：目的觀察辨證論治配合紅藍光治療尋常性痤瘡的臨床療效和安全性。方法將入選患者隨機分成兩組,治療組90例辨證論治配合紅藍光治療,對照組60例僅用紅藍光治療。療程均為8周。結(jié)果治療4周時,治療組有效率為88.89%,對照組為65.00%;治療8周時分別為94.44%和76.67%,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。兩組患者均未出現(xiàn)嚴重的不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論辨證論治配合紅藍光治療尋常性痤瘡療效好、安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of syndrome differentiation combined with red and blue light in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods the patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 90) treated with red and blue light (n = 90) and control group (n = 60) treated with red and blue light only. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. Results the effective rate was 88.89 in the treatment group and 65.00 in the control group, and 94.44% and 76.67% in the 8th week, respectively (P 0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion treatment of acne vulgaris by differentiation of symptoms and signs combined with red and blue light is effective and safe.
