【摘要】：正1臨床資料患兒男,6歲。因左側(cè)頭面部紅色斑塊、水皰、壞死5d伴全身散在水皰1d入院�；純�5d前無(wú)明顯誘因,左側(cè)頭部出現(xiàn)簇集狀水皰,當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院診斷為"帶狀皰疹",自敷外用藥物(具體不詳),皮損增多,面積增大。近1日,皮損泛發(fā)至全身,全身散在水皰,皰液清。既往患兒體質(zhì)差,易患上呼吸道感染,按計(jì)劃接種水痘疫苗。體檢:一般狀態(tài)欠佳,發(fā)熱,最高39.8℃,偶有嘔吐,非噴射性,自述無(wú)明顯疼痛。皮膚科情況:左側(cè)頭面部片狀
