【摘要】：目的了解深圳市寶安區(qū)重點(diǎn)干預(yù)人群梅毒防治知識的知曉情況,為建立健全的性傳播疾病防治管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法通過整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法對深圳市寶安區(qū)娛樂場所的暗娼、廠區(qū)工人和孕婦三類人群分別在培訓(xùn)前后進(jìn)行梅毒知曉率的匿名問卷調(diào)查和血清學(xué)檢測。結(jié)果接受梅毒防治知識培訓(xùn)后總體知曉率為97.87%,明顯高于培訓(xùn)前的58.60%(P0.001),其中孕婦人群知曉率最高(68.67%),外來務(wù)工人員最低(50.23%),但經(jīng)培訓(xùn)后提高到96.22%,培訓(xùn)效果最明顯(P0.001)。培訓(xùn)后各人群每題的正確率都大于90%,都高于培訓(xùn)前(P均0.05)。血清學(xué)檢測結(jié)果顯示:梅毒整體感染率為1.62%,暗娼人群感染率最高2.30%,所有9例都是35歲以下低滴度(1∶8)的隱性梅毒患者。結(jié)論三類人群的梅毒知識知曉率偏低,但是現(xiàn)場健康教育顯著提高了人群的知曉率,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對重點(diǎn)干預(yù)人群、易感人群進(jìn)行梅毒知識的宣傳工作,并積極開展人群梅毒主動(dòng)檢測工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge of syphilis prevention and control among the key intervention population in Baoan District, Shenzhen, and to provide scientific basis for the establishment of a sound management network for the prevention and control of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Methods three groups of female prostitutes, factory workers and pregnant women in entertainment places in Baoan District of Shenzhen were investigated by anonymous questionnaire and serological examination before and after training. Results the overall awareness rate of syphilis prevention and treatment was 97.87, which was significantly higher than that before training (58.60%, P 0.001). The awareness rate of pregnant women was the highest (68.67%), and that of migrant workers was the lowest (50.23%). But after training to 96.22, the training effect is the most obvious (P0.001). After training, the correct rate of each question was more than 90, which was higher than that before training (P 0.05). The results of serological examination showed that the overall infection rate of syphilis was 1.62%, and the highest infection rate was 2.30% among prostitutes. All 9 cases were subclinical syphilis patients under 35 years of age (1:8). Conclusion the awareness rate of syphilis among the three groups is low, but the awareness rate of the population has been significantly improved by the field health education. The propaganda of syphilis knowledge among the key intervention population and susceptible population should be strengthened. And actively carry out the active detection of syphilis in the population.
