【摘要】：目的:比較毫火針與窄譜中波紫外線(NB-UVB)聯(lián)合、單用毫火針、單用NB-UVB治療穩(wěn)定期局限型白癜風(fēng)的療效。方法:將穩(wěn)定期局限型白癜風(fēng)患者77例隨機(jī)分為3組。3組均服用復(fù)合維生素B片。治療組31例,予毫火針聯(lián)合NB-UVB治療;對(duì)照1組23例,予毫火針治療;對(duì)照2組23例,予NB-UVB治療。療程16周。于治療第4周末、第8周末、第12周末、第16周末觀察療效、記錄不良反應(yīng)。并于第16周末用Wood燈對(duì)臨床痊愈的皮損進(jìn)行檢查。結(jié)果:第16周末,治療組總有效率83.87%,愈顯率64.51%;對(duì)照1組總有效率73.91%,愈顯率52.17%;對(duì)照2組總有效率52.17%,愈顯率21.74%。治療組與對(duì)照1組比較,總有效例數(shù)和愈顯例數(shù)差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療組與對(duì)照2組比較,總有效例數(shù)和愈顯例數(shù)差異統(tǒng)有計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對(duì)照1組與對(duì)照2組比較,總有效例數(shù)差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),愈顯例數(shù)差異統(tǒng)有計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:對(duì)于穩(wěn)定期局限型白癜風(fēng),毫火針聯(lián)合NBUVB療法具有較好的療效和安全性,其療效優(yōu)于NB-UVB療法,但與毫火針無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the efficacy of neutrophilic needle combined with narrow band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) alone and NB-UVB in the treatment of stable localized vitiligo. Methods: 77 patients with stable localized vitiligo were randomly divided into 3 groups. 31 cases in the treatment group were treated with NB-UVB, 23 cases in the control group, 23 cases in the control group, and 23 cases in the control group were treated with NB-UVB. The course of treatment was 16 weeks. The therapeutic effects were observed at the end of the 4th, 8th, 12th and 16th weeks. Adverse reactions were recorded. At the end of the 16 th week, Wood lamp was used to check the cured skin lesions. Results: at the end of the 16th week, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 83.87, the more obvious rate was 64.51, the total effective rate in the control group was 73.91, the more obvious rate was 52.17.The total effective rate in the control group was 52.17 and the more obvious rate was 21.74. There was no significant difference in the total effective cases and the number of callus cases between the treatment group and the control group (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the difference between the total effective cases and the more obvious cases was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the total effective cases between the control group 1 and the control group (P0.05), but the difference in the number of the more obvious cases was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: for stable localized vitiligo, the combination of NBUVB and Needle has better curative effect and safety than NB-UVB, but there is no statistical difference between them.
