【摘要】：目的： 通過組間、組內治療前后治愈皮損有效率的比較,評價治療局限性白癜風的臨床療效,對比分析中藥白斑液外用組及鹵米松外用組局限性白癜風患者的臨床治療效果,探討白斑液外用治療局限性白癜風的療效,并通過與鹵米松乳膏治療白癜風療效的臨床對比,觀察其治療白癜風的療效,探索治療白癜風的有效方法。 方法： 本研究為前瞻性隨機對照試驗,采用隨機方法將局限性白癜風患者分為治療組、對照組,治療組30例,對照組30例。治療組予中藥白斑液外用治療,對照組予鹵米松外用治療。制定觀察表,觀察白癜風患者皮損情況、副作用及其在治療前、治療期間及治療后的變化,并記錄計算,輸入數(shù)據(jù)庫,用統(tǒng)計軟件SPSS19.0進行統(tǒng)計分析。 結果： 入選60例局限性白癜風患者通過3個月治療后,結果顯示：1.患者的皮損情況都有較顯著的好轉,與治療前比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),說明兩種治療方法均有良好的療效。2.治療組總有效率為73.33%,對照組總有效率為40%,治療組高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。3.治療組與對照組在治療前皮損平均面積無統(tǒng)計學意義,在經(jīng)過3個月治療后組內皮損面積評價,有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),但治療組較對照組治療三月后皮損面積評價,無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),不能說明白斑液外用治療白癜風改善皮損較鹵米松快。4.兩組在治療期間,對照組出現(xiàn)4例不良反應(13.33%),其中2例表現(xiàn)為局部色素沉著,2例表現(xiàn)為毛囊性丘疹痤瘡樣損害,予對癥處理后繼續(xù)治療,未見不良反應；治療組出現(xiàn)2例不良反應(6.67%),表現(xiàn)為局部皮膚刺激性反應,繼續(xù)用藥無明顯不良反應。兩組不良反應發(fā)生率,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義,不能說明治療組較對照組安全,但治療組不良反應輕微。 結論： 中藥白斑液和鹵米松外用均能有效治療局限性白癜風,中藥白斑液外用治療療效高于鹵米松外用治療,且不良反應輕微。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of local vitiligo by comparing the effective rate of cured lesions between groups before and after treatment. The clinical effects of local vitiligo treated with Chinese medicine white spot liquid and halomethasone external use group were compared, and the curative effect of white spot liquid on local vitiligo was discussed, and compared with that of halomethasone cream in the treatment of vitiligo, and compared with that of halomethasone cream in treatment of vitiligo, and compared with halomethasone cream in treating vitiligo. To observe the curative effect and explore the effective method of treating vitiligo. Methods: this study was a prospective randomized controlled trial. Patients with localized vitiligo were randomly divided into treatment group, control group, treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with white spot liquid and the control group was treated with halomethasone. To observe the skin lesions, side effects and changes before, during and after treatment in patients with vitiligo, and to record and calculate, input into the database, and use the statistical software SPSS19.0 for statistical analysis. Results: 60 patients with localized vitiligo were treated for 3 months. The results showed: 1. Patients with skin lesions were significantly improved, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), indicating that the two treatment methods have a good curative effect. 2. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 73.33 and the total effective rate of the control group was 400.The treatment group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the average area of skin lesion before treatment. After 3 months of treatment, there was statistical significance in the evaluation of the area of the skin lesion in the group (P0.05), but the evaluation of the area of the skin lesion in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group after 3 months of treatment. There was no statistical significance (P0.05), which could not explain that the treatment of vitiligo by external use of leukoplakia was faster than that of halogen mizonium. 4. In both groups, 4 cases (13.33%) showed adverse reactions in the control group, 2 cases showed local pigmentation and 2 cases showed acne lesions of hair follicle. In the treatment group, 2 cases (6.67%) showed local skin irritation. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups, which did not indicate that the treatment group was safer than the control group, but the adverse reactions in the treatment group were mild. Conclusion: White spot liquid and halomethasone are effective in the treatment of localized vitiligo. The curative effect of Chinese medicine white spot liquid is higher than that of halomethasone, and the adverse reaction is slight.
