【摘要】：目的:評(píng)價(jià)改編油性皮膚的自我形象問卷(OSSIQ)測量不同主觀皮膚類型人群生活質(zhì)量的信度和效度。方法:以分層抽樣方法選擇18~60歲在校大學(xué)生、工人、企事業(yè)機(jī)關(guān)人員140人為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行改編OSSIQ現(xiàn)場調(diào)查,用內(nèi)部一致性信度、折半信度、結(jié)構(gòu)效度等考查該問卷的信度與效度。結(jié)果:改編OSSIQ的內(nèi)部一致性信度為0.924和0.902。折半信度,皮膚護(hù)理前和護(hù)理后的Sepearman-Brown相關(guān)系數(shù)(r)均為0.877,Guttman Split-Half系數(shù)分別為0.876和0.874。內(nèi)容效度,皮膚護(hù)理前和皮膚護(hù)理后改編OSSIQ的各條目得分與總分之間r0.5(P0.001)。聚合效度和區(qū)分效度定標(biāo)實(shí)驗(yàn)成功率均為100%。用因子分析檢驗(yàn)其結(jié)構(gòu)效度,采取四次方最大正交旋轉(zhuǎn),按程序默認(rèn)的因子提取原則,特征值1提取因子,各因子由因子內(nèi)因素負(fù)荷≥0.6的條目組成,因子負(fù)荷值皆屬高程度(≥0.6)。結(jié)論:改編OSSIQ用于不同主觀皮膚類型人群生活質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)具有非常好的信度和效度,可以用于評(píng)價(jià)不同主觀皮膚類型生活質(zhì)量的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the reliability and validity of self-image questionnaire (OSSIQ) for measuring the quality of life of people with different subjective skin types. Methods: using stratified sampling method, 140 college students, workers, enterprises and institutions aged 18 ~ 60 years old were selected as the research objects. The field investigation of adapting OSSIQ was carried out, and the reliability of internal consistency and half reliability were used. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were investigated. Results: the internal consistency reliability of modified OSSIQ was 0.924 and 0.902 respectively. The Sepearman-Brown correlation coefficient (r) before and after skin care was 0.877G Guttman Split-Half coefficient 0.876 and 0.874 respectively. Content validity, R0. 5 between OSSIQ items and total score before and after skin care (P0. 001). The success rate of polymerization validity and discriminant validity calibration was 100%. Using factor analysis to test its structural validity, adopting the quadrilateral maximum orthogonal rotation, according to the principle of factor extraction by default program, extracting factor by eigenvalue 1, each factor is composed of items with factor load 鈮，
