【摘要】：目的：了解青島地區(qū)體癬、股癬病原菌菌種構(gòu)成。尋找體癬股癬的易感因素。 方法：對(duì)2010年8月-2011年8月間來我院就診的354例體股癬患者取材進(jìn)行直接鏡檢、致病真菌分離培養(yǎng)及菌種鑒定。對(duì)2010年8月至2011年8月間來我院就診的體股癬患者(病例組168例)和正常人群(對(duì)照組191例)進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,尋找體股癬的易感因素。 結(jié)果：共分離致病菌株7種222株,其中紅色毛癬菌153株(68.9%),須癬毛癬菌42株(18.9%),念珠菌17株(7.7%),犬小孢子菌5株(2.3%),石膏小孢子菌2株(0.9%),斷發(fā)毛癬菌2株(0.9%),蘇丹毛癬菌1株(0.4%)。病例組與對(duì)照組在體重、生活方式等因素間的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 結(jié)論：目前青島地區(qū)體股癬致病菌以皮膚癬菌為主,其次為念珠菌。紅色毛癬菌是最常見的皮膚癬菌。體型偏胖、男性、吸煙、多汗及患有糖尿病、手足癬等可能是體股癬的易感因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the pathogenic bacteria composition of tinea corporis and tinea cruris in Qingdao area. Search for susceptible factors of tinea corporis and tinea corporis. Methods: 354 patients with tinea corporis were selected from August 2010 to August 2011 for direct microscopic examination, isolation, culture and identification of pathogenic fungi. From August 2010 to August 2011, 168 patients with tinea corporis (case group) and 191 normal people (control group) were investigated by questionnaire to find out the susceptible factors of tinea corporis. Results: 222 strains of 7 species were isolated, including 153 strains of Trichophyton rubrum (68.9%), 42 strains of Trichophyton trichophyton (18.9%), 17 strains of Candida (7.7%), 5 strains of Microsporum canis (2.3%). Two strains (0.9%) of microsporophytes, two strains (0.9%) of Trichophyton mollis and one strain (0.4%) of Trichophyton sultani. The difference between case group and control group in weight, lifestyle and other factors was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the main pathogenic bacteria of tinea corporis in Qingdao area are dermatophytes, followed by Candida. Trichophyton rubrum is the most common dermatophytes. Obesity, men, smoking, sweating and diabetes, tinea pedis and so on may be susceptible to tinea corporis and femur.
