【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者男,17歲。右面部皮膚斑塊漸并增大17年。局部皮疹行CO2激光治療,術(shù)后形成瘢痕,建議患者手術(shù)切除�；颊叱錾蟛痪帽话l(fā)現(xiàn)其右面部有綠豆大淡黃色斑塊,皮損隨年齡增長(zhǎng)而逐漸增大,至青春期時(shí)增大加快,且逐漸變?yōu)楹稚?表面呈腦回狀,無(wú)不適,質(zhì)軟。既往有"胃潰瘍"病史,否認(rèn)肝炎、結(jié)核等傳染病史,否認(rèn)遺傳性皮膚病及腫瘤病史,家族中無(wú)類似疾病患者。系統(tǒng)檢查無(wú)明顯異常。皮膚科情況:右面部見(jiàn)一約
[Abstract]:Male, 17 years old. Skin patches on the right face increased by 17 years. Local skin rash is treated by CO2 laser, scar is formed after operation, surgical excision is recommended. Soon after birth, the patient was found to have large yellowish patches of mung bean on his right face. The skin lesions increased with age, and increased rapidly at puberty, and gradually became brown, with the surface of gyrus, no discomfort and soft texture. There was a history of "gastric ulcer", history of infectious diseases such as hepatitis and tuberculosis, history of hereditary skin diseases and tumours, and no patients with similar diseases in the family.
