【摘要】：目的探討JAK-STAT信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)通路中JAK1和STAT3在新疆維吾爾族尋常型銀屑病皮損組織中的表達(dá)及意義。方法采用免疫組化法檢測45例維吾爾族尋常型銀屑病皮損組織和21例維吾爾族正常表皮組織中JAK1和STAT3蛋白的表達(dá),并復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。結(jié)果維吾爾族尋常型銀屑病患者皮損組織中JAK1蛋白陽性率為77.78%,在維吾爾族正常表皮組織中的陽性率為28.57%;維吾爾族尋常型銀屑病患者皮損組織中STAT3蛋白陽性率為86.67%,在維吾爾族正常表皮組織中的陽性率為23.81%,兩組相比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論維吾爾族尋常型銀屑病發(fā)病可能與JAK-STAT信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)通路中JAK1和STAT3蛋白異常表達(dá)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of JAK1 and STAT3 in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris in Xinjiang Uygur nationality. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of JAK1 and STAT3 in 45 cases of psoriasis vulgaris and 21 cases of normal epidermis of Uygur. Results the positive rate of JAK1 protein in the lesions of Uygur patients with psoriasis vulgaris was 77.78, and the positive rate in the normal epidermis of Uygur was 28.577.The positive rate of STAT3 protein in the lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris was 86.67. The positive rate in Uygur normal epidermis tissue was 23.81, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris in Uygur nationality may be related to the abnormal expression of JAK1 and STAT3 in JAK-STAT signal transduction pathway.
