【摘要】：例1女,14歲。反復(fù)左肩胛區(qū)及季肋部簇集性水皰、血皰2年。例2男,24歲。陰囊、陰莖皮膚出現(xiàn)水皰8年。2例患者組織病理檢查均見真皮淺層內(nèi)大量由單層內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞組成的擴(kuò)張的淋巴管。診斷:單純性淋巴管畸形。
[Abstract]:Case 1 female, 14 years old. Recurrent clustered blister in left scapular and seasonal ribs, blood blister for 2 years. Case 2 male, 24 years old. Blister appeared in scrotum and penis skin for 8 years. Histopathological examination of 2 cases showed a large number of dilated lymphatic vessels composed of monolayer endothelial cells in the superficial dermis. Diagnosis: simple lymphatic malformation.
