【摘要】：例1女,14歲。反復左肩胛區(qū)及季肋部簇集性水皰、血皰2年。例2男,24歲。陰囊、陰莖皮膚出現(xiàn)水皰8年。2例患者組織病理檢查均見真皮淺層內大量由單層內皮細胞組成的擴張的淋巴管。診斷:單純性淋巴管畸形。
[Abstract]:Case 1 female, 14 years old. Recurrent clustered blister in left scapular and seasonal ribs, blood blister for 2 years. Case 2 male, 24 years old. Blister appeared in scrotum and penis skin for 8 years. Histopathological examination of 2 cases showed a large number of dilated lymphatic vessels composed of monolayer endothelial cells in the superficial dermis. Diagnosis: simple lymphatic malformation.
