【摘要】：目的了解線狀苔蘚的臨床特點、好發(fā)部位及伴隨癥狀等。方法觀察分析21例線狀苔蘚患者的臨床資料。結(jié)果 21例線狀苔蘚患者中,女性患病率為71.43%;患者平均發(fā)病年齡(10.19±9.84)歲,㩳14歲患者有17例(80.95%);18例(85.72%)患者皮損累及四肢,7例(33.33%)患者伴有瘙癢,5例(23.81%)伴有特應性皮炎病史。結(jié)論線狀苔蘚好發(fā)于兒童,成人大約只占19.05%,女性多見,大多數(shù)患者無自覺癥狀,約33.33%的患者有不同程度的瘙癢,皮損好發(fā)于四肢,軀干、頭面部少見,一般為單側(cè)分布,部分患者伴有特應性皮炎。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical features, location and associated symptoms of linear lichen. Methods the clinical data of 21 patients with linear lichen were observed and analyzed. Results the prevalence rate of female was 71.43 in 21 patients with linear lichen, the average age of onset was (10.19 鹵9.84) years old, 17 cases (80.95%) were 14 years old, 18 cases (85.72%) were involved in extremities, 7 cases (33.33%) were associated with pruritus, 5 cases (23.81%) had history of atopic dermatitis. Conclusion Linear lichen is more common in children than in adults (19.05%). Most of the patients are asymptomatic. About 33.33% of the patients have itching in varying degrees. Skin lesions are common in limbs, torso, head and face, and are usually distributed on one side. Some patients had atopic dermatitis.
