【摘要】：正Bloom綜合征是一種罕見的常染色體隱性遺傳綜合征,筆者診治1例,現(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。1病歷摘要患兒男,10歲。因面部反復(fù)紅斑7年余就診�；純�3歲時(shí)無明顯誘因兩側(cè)面頰出現(xiàn)對稱分布紅斑,約錢幣大,邊緣不清,無明顯癢痛,眉毛脫落。隨后紅斑顏色逐漸由鮮紅變暗紅,擴(kuò)大至耳郭�；純鹤园l(fā)病以來,面部紅斑反復(fù)發(fā)作,間斷緩解,冬重夏輕,未曾完全消
[Abstract]:Positive Bloom syndrome is a rare autosomal recessive hereditary syndrome. Due to repeated facial erythema for more than 7 years. At the age of 3 years, there was no obvious inducement and symmetrical distribution of erythema on both sides of the cheek. The money was large, the edge was unclear, there was no obvious itching pain, and the eyebrows fell off. Subsequently, the color of erythema gradually changed from bright red to dark red and expanded to auricle.
