【摘要】： 目的:通過多皮飲聯(lián)合生物共振對(duì)脾虛濕滯型慢性蕁麻疹的治療,觀察對(duì)其臨床癥狀及生活質(zhì)量的影響,從而為臨床提供有效的治療手段。方法:將符合觀察標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的脾虛濕滯型慢性蕁麻疹患者根據(jù)隨機(jī)、對(duì)照的原則,分為3組,治療組采用中藥多皮飲聯(lián)合生物共振治療,對(duì)照1組為中藥多皮飲內(nèi)服組,對(duì)照2組為生物共振治療組。分別在治療前后進(jìn)行臨床癥狀評(píng)分、生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分。結(jié)果:(1)治療組總有效率明顯高于對(duì)照1組、對(duì)照2組(P0.05),對(duì)照1組與對(duì)照2組比較無(wú)差異(P0.05)(;2)治療后,治療組臨床癥狀總評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照1組和對(duì)照2組(P0.05),對(duì)照1組和對(duì)照2組無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);治療組在風(fēng)團(tuán)數(shù)目、風(fēng)團(tuán)大小、瘙癢程度、發(fā)作次數(shù)及持續(xù)時(shí)間方面評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照1組和對(duì)照2組(P0.05),對(duì)照1組和對(duì)照2組各項(xiàng)癥狀評(píng)分無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);(3)治療后,治療組生活質(zhì)量總評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照1組和對(duì)照2組(P0.05),對(duì)照1組和對(duì)照2組無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;治療組在瘙癢、尷尬、護(hù)理、社交、運(yùn)動(dòng)、睡眠、購(gòu)物等方面生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照1組、對(duì)照2組(P0.05 )。結(jié)論:多皮飲聯(lián)合生物共振治療慢性蕁麻疹能提高臨床療效,改善其臨床癥狀及生活質(zhì)量,表明采用此方案治療安全,有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical symptoms and quality of life (QOL) of chronic urticaria with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation through the treatment of Duopi Yin combined with biological resonance. Methods: the patients with chronic urticaria with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation were divided into 3 groups according to the principle of randomization and control. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Dobiyin combined with biological resonance therapy, and the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Dupiyin orally. The control group was treated with biological resonance therapy. The clinical symptoms and quality of life were scored before and after treatment. Results: (1) the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group 1, control group 2 (P0.05), control group 1 and control group 2 had no difference (P0.05). The total score of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group 1 and the control group 2 (P0.05), but there was no statistical difference between the control group and the control group (P0.05). The scores of attack frequency and duration were lower than those of control group 1 and control group 2 (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of symptoms between control group 1 and control group 2 (P0.05); (3). The total score of quality of life in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group 1 and the control group 2 (P0.05), but there was no statistical difference between the control group and the control group, the treatment group in itching, embarrassing, nursing, social, sports, sleep, The quality of life score in shopping was lower than that in control group 1 and control group 2 (P0.05). Conclusion: Duopi Yin combined with biological resonance therapy can improve the clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with chronic urticaria, indicating that this regimen is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
