光動力治療鮮紅斑痣前后激光共聚焦顯微鏡的觀察分析

【摘要】: 目的:本研究使用激光共聚焦顯微鏡對光動力治療鮮紅斑痣前后的療效進行評價。 方法:本研究共選取34位臨床上確診為鮮紅斑痣的患者,給予兩次光動力治療。第一次光動力治療有約四分之一的患者為對照組,第二次光動力治療不設對照組。每位患者分別于每次治療前,治療即刻后,治療四天后,治療8周后行共聚焦顯微鏡檢查。 結果:未治療的鮮紅斑痣皮損處與同一患者正常皮膚比較,平均血管密度和平均血管直徑均較大,有統(tǒng)計學差異。對照組第一次治療前與第一次治療后8周比較,平均血管密度和平均血管直徑無統(tǒng)計學差異。治療組第一次治療前與第二次治療后8周比較,平均血管密度有統(tǒng)計學差異,平均血管直徑無統(tǒng)計學差異。結論:共聚焦顯微鏡是一種觀察光動力治療鮮紅斑痣有效,無創(chuàng)的檢測方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of laser confocal microscopy before and after photodynamic treatment of nevus. Methods: in this study, 34 patients with nevus were treated twice with photodynamic therapy. About 1/4 of the patients in the first photodynamic therapy were in control group, and the second photodynamic therapy was not in the control group. Each patient was examined by confocal microscopy 8 weeks after each treatment, immediately after treatment, 4 days after treatment. Results: the mean blood vessel density and mean vessel diameter of the untreated nevus were larger than that of the normal skin of the same patient (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in mean vessel density and mean vessel diameter between the control group and the control group before the first treatment and 8 weeks after the first treatment. In the treatment group, the mean vessel density was significantly different from that in the second treatment group at 8 weeks after the first treatment, and there was no significant difference in the mean vessel diameter between the first treatment group and the second treatment group. Conclusion: confocal microscope is an effective and non-invasive method for observing photodynamic therapy of nevus.
