【摘要】：銀屑病是一種常見的慢性炎性皮膚病，具有明顯復(fù)發(fā)性。常見皮損表現(xiàn)為覆有層層銀白色鱗屑的紅斑、丘疹，皮損境界清晰，鱗屑堆積可高出皮面，伴有明顯瘙癢。以青壯年的頭皮、四肢關(guān)節(jié)伸側(cè)多見，亦可泛發(fā)于全身皮膚，尋常型系統(tǒng)損害較少。銀屑病在世界范圍內(nèi)分布，病因尚不明確，已經(jīng)證實(shí)，銀屑病是一種多基因遺傳病，免疫介導(dǎo)是其主要的發(fā)生機(jī)制，誘發(fā)因素復(fù)雜多樣，病情容易反復(fù)，臨床上僅能對(duì)癥治療，多采用綜合治療的手段，以達(dá)到迅速改善患者癥狀、減少復(fù)發(fā)次數(shù)及延長復(fù)發(fā)間隔的治療目的。目前用于治療銀屑病的方法多種多樣，包括各種外用治療、全身治療及物理治療，以及近年來發(fā)展迅速的生物制劑療法。本文就上述治療方法及其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)、注意事項(xiàng)等進(jìn)行簡要介紹。
[Abstract]:Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease with obvious relapse. The common lesions were erythema and papules covered with layers of silvery white scales. Young scalp, limb joint extension is more common, can also be generalized to the skin, less damage to the common system. Psoriasis is distributed all over the world. The etiology of psoriasis is not clear yet. It has been proved that psoriasis is a polygenic hereditary disease, immune mediating is the main mechanism of psoriasis, the inducing factors are complex, the disease is easy to repeat, and the disease can only be treated clinically. In order to improve the symptoms, reduce the number of recurrence and prolong the recurrence interval, comprehensive therapy was used to improve the symptoms of the patients. At present, there are a variety of treatments for psoriasis, including external therapy, systemic therapy and physical therapy, as well as the rapid development of biological agent therapy in recent years. This article briefly introduces the above treatment methods, their advantages and disadvantages, matters needing attention and so on.
