2%酮康唑乳膏、2%硝酸舍他康唑乳膏、1%聯(lián)苯芐唑乳膏的體外抗真菌活性研究
[Abstract]:Aim: to analyze the in vitro antifungal activity of three imidazole antifungal agents by in vitro drug sensitivity test of 2% ketoconazole cream and 2% seraconazole nitrate cream and 1% bifonazole cream. So as to provide the basis for the clinical use of these three drugs, guiding clinical use. Methods: 50 strains of 5 kinds of pathogenic fungi were isolated and tested by Agar diffusion in vitro. Potato Agar culture medium containing 2% Agar was prepared. After 10 days of constant temperature culture, the radius of bacteriostasis ring around each drug was measured, and the comprehensive data were analyzed statistically. Results 2% 2% ketoconazole cream and 2% sertaconazole nitrate 1% bifonazole cream formed inhibition circle radius of 3 strains of dermatophytes 40 strains, 2 strains of Candida, 10 strains of 5 species of 50 strains. 2% ketoconazole cream. 2% ketoconazole cream, 2% ketoconazole cream. The mean radius of bacteriostasis circle was 12.35 mm ~ (-1) bifonazole cream with a mean of 13.72 mm ~ (-2) nitrateconazole nitrate and 6.94 mm ~ (-1) bifonazole cream. Conclusion: the in vitro drug sensitivity test of 2% ketoconazole cream and 2% seraconazole nitrate cream and 1% bifonazole cream showed that there were significant differences in the antifungal activities among the three antifungal drugs against all experimental strains. The order of antifungal activity from strong to weak is: 1% bifonazole cream 2% ketoconazole cream 2% sertaconazole nitrate cream 1% bifonazole cream. The antifungal activity of these three drugs was 1% bifonazole cream, 2% ketoconazole cream, 2% saltaconazole nitrate cream, 1% bifonazole cream, 2% ketoconazole cream, 2% oxaconazole cream, 1% bifonazole cream. There was no significant difference in the antifungal activity of 2% ketoconazole cream and 2% sertaconazole cream against Candida, but both of them were superior to 1% bifonazole cream.
