【摘要】：目的:觀察窄譜中波紫外線治療、礦泉水浴療法、復(fù)方甘草酸苷膠囊口服3種方法對(duì)尋常型斑塊型銀屑病的療效,為銀屑病的治療提供臨床依據(jù)。方法:選擇90例尋常型斑塊型銀屑病患者,分為3組,分別予以窄譜中波紫外線、礦泉水浴、口服復(fù)方甘草酸苷膠囊3種方法進(jìn)行治療。窄譜中波紫外線組給予全身照射治療,全身照射治療的初始劑量均為0.2J~0.4J/cm2,每周3次,每次遞增10%,最大劑量至2.6J/cm2;礦泉水療組予以礦泉水泡浴,每天1次;復(fù)方甘草酸苷膠囊組口服藥物,每次50mg,每天3次。觀察治療8周后臨床療效及不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果:治療8周結(jié)束時(shí)窄譜中波紫外線組治療有效率為93.3%,礦泉水療組治療有效率為63.3%,復(fù)方甘草酸苷組治療有效率為66.7%,窄譜中波紫外線組與礦泉水療組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。礦泉水療組和口服復(fù)方甘草酸苷膠囊組治療療效相當(dāng)(P0.05)。3組治療副反應(yīng)輕微。結(jié)論:窄譜中波紫外線治療尋常型斑塊型銀屑病,療效好于礦泉水浴和口服復(fù)方甘草酸苷膠囊;礦泉水浴和口服復(fù)方甘草酸苷膠囊治療療效相當(dāng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy of narrow band ultraviolet B therapy, mineral water bath therapy and compound glycyrrhizin capsule in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: 90 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into 3 groups. They were treated with narrow band ultraviolet B (UVB), mineral water bath and compound glycyrrhizin capsule. The whole body irradiation was given to the narrow band ultraviolet B group, the initial dose of the whole body irradiation treatment was 0.2JN 0.4J / cm 2, 3 times a week, the maximum dose was increased to 2.6J / cm 2, the mineral water treatment group was given mineral water bubble bath once a day, the maximum dose was 2.6J / cm ~ (-2), 3 times a week, the maximum dose was 2.6J / cm ~ (2). Compound glycyrrhizin capsule group, 50 mg each time, 3 times a day. To observe the clinical effect and adverse reaction after 8 weeks treatment. Results: at the end of 8 weeks, the effective rate was 93.3in the narrow band ultraviolet B group, 63.3 in the mineral water therapy group and 66.7 in the compound glycyrrhizin group. There was a significant difference between the narrow band ultraviolet B group and the mineral water treatment group (P0.05). The curative effect of mineral water therapy group and oral compound glycyrrhizin capsule group was similar (P0.05). Conclusion: the effect of narrow band ultraviolet B on psoriasis vulgaris is better than that of mineral water bath and compound glycyrrhizin capsule, and the curative effect of mineral water bath and compound glycyrrhizin capsule is the same.
