【摘要】：患者男,80歲。周身色素沉著、灰褐色斑丘疹伴癢1年,水皰1周。斑塊組織病理示:表皮角化過度,乳頭瘤樣增生,真皮淺層多量炎性細(xì)胞浸潤。水皰組織病理示:表皮下形成大皰,皰內(nèi)可見嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞、淋巴細(xì)胞、中性粒細(xì)胞。免疫熒光示:Ig G,Ig M,C3呈線狀沉積。胃鏡示:食管下端一菜花狀隆起,表面粗糙不平,管腔狹窄。組織病理示:癌組織呈腺管狀或巢團(tuán)狀,細(xì)胞核大深染;免疫組織化學(xué)結(jié)果:癌組織CK18(+),C-erb B-2(+)。診斷:惡性黑棘皮病,食管癌(腺癌),大皰性類天皰瘡。
[Abstract]:The patient was 80 years old. Pigmentation, grayish brown macular papules with itching for 1 year and blister for 1 week. The histopathology of the plaques showed that epidermis keratosis, papillomatous hyperplasia and multiple inflammatory cell infiltration in the superficial dermis.
