【摘要】：目的：探討正常皮膚，，日光性角化病及皮膚鱗狀細(xì)胞癌組織中叉頭狀轉(zhuǎn)錄因子p3（forkhead box p3，F(xiàn)oxp3）及畸胎瘤細(xì)胞源性生長因子(PC-cell derived growth factor，PCDGF)的表達(dá)與臨床意義。 方法：應(yīng)用免疫組化法檢測15例日光性角化�。╝ctinic keratosis，AK），28例鮑溫�。˙owen's disease，BD），26例皮膚鱗狀細(xì)胞癌（squamous cell carcinoma，SCC）和8例正常表皮組織（normal epidermaltissue， NET）中Foxp3及PCDGF的表達(dá)。 結(jié)果：Foxp3及PCDGF在NET中未見表達(dá)。而在腫瘤的實質(zhì)細(xì)胞上，F(xiàn)oxp3蛋白在AK、BD和SCC三種疾病中的表達(dá)陽性率分別為46.7%、100%和100%。Foxp3蛋白在BD和SCC上的表達(dá)陽性率均高于AK（P值均小于0.05），而在BD和SCC的表達(dá)陽性率則無顯著差異（P0.05）。Foxp3+調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞在腫瘤組織周圍浸潤的淋巴細(xì)胞中也可見陽性表達(dá)。同時,在AK、BD和SCC中均有PCDGF表達(dá)，其表達(dá)的陽性率分布為33.3%、42.9%和88.5%,表達(dá)陽性率逐漸增高。Foxp3蛋白和PCDGF蛋白在皮膚鱗狀細(xì)胞癌及癌前病變中的表達(dá)未發(fā)現(xiàn)明確的關(guān)聯(lián)性。 結(jié)論: Foxp3和PCDGF蛋白的異常表達(dá)可能與皮膚鱗狀細(xì)胞癌的發(fā)展及侵襲生長相關(guān),在皮膚鱗癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展中發(fā)揮了重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of P3 (forkhead box P3, Foxp3) and teratoma cell derived growth factor (PC-cell derived growth factor, PCDGF) in normal skin, solar keratosis and skin squamous cell carcinoma.
Methods: 15 cases of actinic keratosis (AK), 28 cases of Bowen's disease (BD), 26 cases of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (squamous cell carcinoma, SCC) and 8 cases of normal epidermal tissue (normal epidermaltissue) were detected by immunohistochemistry.
Results: Foxp3 and PCDGF were not expressed in NET, but on the parenchymal cells of the tumor, the positive rates of Foxp3 protein expression in three diseases of AK, BD and SCC were 46.7%. The positive rate of 100% and 100%.Foxp3 protein expression on BD and SCC was higher than that of AK (P values were less than 0.05). The positive expression of regulatory T cells was also found in the lymphocytes infiltrated around the tumor tissue. PCDGF expression was found in AK, BD and SCC. The positive rates of the expression were 33.3%, 42.9% and 88.5%. The positive rate of the expression was gradually increased, and the expression of.Foxp3 and PCDGF protein in the squamous cell carcinoma and precancerous lesions of the skin was not found clearly. Relevance.
Conclusion: the abnormal expression of Foxp3 and PCDGF protein may be related to the development and invasion of squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, and play an important role in the development and development of skin squamous cell carcinoma.
