內(nèi)皮素-1和降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽與白癜風(fēng)的相關(guān)性研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between plasma endothelin-1 and calcitonin gene-related peptide levels in patients with vitiligo, and to provide a new theoretical basis for the study and treatment of vitiligo. Methods: 60 patients with vitiligo and 40 healthy volunteers in Hengyang area of Hunan province were selected. The plasma levels of ET-1 and CGRP were determined by Elisa. Results the concentration of ET-1 in plasma of patients with vitiligo was lower than that of healthy controls (P0.05), and that of patients with advanced vitiligo was lower than that of healthy controls (P0.01). The concentration of ET-1 in patients with generalized vitiligo was significantly lower than that in patients with generalized vitiligo (P0.01). Limited type and healthy control group (P0.01). However, there was no significant difference in plasma ET-1 levels between stable and localized vitiligo patients and healthy controls (P0.05). 2 the plasma levels of CGRP in vitiligo patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P0.01), and CGRP concentrations in plasma of advanced vitiligo patients were significantly higher than those of healthy controls (P0.01). The plasma levels of CGRP in patients with generalized vitiligo were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.01). However, there was no significant difference in plasma CGRP concentration between stable and localized vitiligo patients (P0.05). 3 the correlation coefficient between plasma ET-1 and CGRP concentration in patients with vitiligo was -0.72 (r = -0.72 p ~ (0.002), which was negatively correlated. The correlation coefficient between plasma ET-1 and CGRP in patients with vitiligo was -0.45 (r ~ (-0.538) p ~ (0.002), which was negatively correlated. The correlation coefficient between plasma ET-1 and CGRP in patients with generalized vitiligo was -0.52 (r ~ (-0.376) p ~ (0.04), which was negatively correlated. Conclusion 1 et-1 and CGRP are associated with vitiligo. 2 there is a negative correlation between et-1 and CGRP when vitiligo is active.
