【摘要】：正1臨床資料例1男,56歲,戶外工作者。兩側(cè)顴部黑色融合性結(jié)節(jié)并斑塊8年。8年前,患者顴部出現(xiàn)多個(gè)黑頭粉刺,可擠出皮脂樣物,其周圍逐漸出現(xiàn)黃白色結(jié)節(jié),可擠出白色牙膏狀物質(zhì),且皮損數(shù)量逐漸增多,皮膚逐漸變黑。無不適,未予治療�；颊咂剿厣眢w健康,無遺傳病等病史。皮膚科情況:兩側(cè)顴部各見一約3cm×3cm大黑色斑塊,橘皮樣外觀,界清,表面分布黑頭粉刺和黃白色結(jié)節(jié),擠壓后排出白色物質(zhì),毛孔和皮膚紋理粗大
[Abstract]:Case 1 male: 56 years old, outdoor worker. The bilateral zygomatic black fused nodules with plaques for 8 years. 8 years ago, there were several blackhead acne in the zygomatic region of the patients, which could be extruded into sebum like substances, and gradually appeared yellowish white nodules around them, could extrude white toothpaste substances, and the number of skin lesions gradually increased. The skin darkened gradually. No discomfort, no treatment. The patient is healthy and has no history of hereditary diseases. Dermatology: a large black patch of 3cm 脳 3cm was found on each side of the zygomatic region, with orange peel like appearance, clear boundary, surface distribution of blackhead acne and yellowish-white nodules, extrusion of white substance, coarse pores and skin texture.
