【摘要】：正兩患兒為孿生兄弟,年齡均為6歲。因先后發(fā)現(xiàn)雙(單)足底褐色斑點(diǎn)狀或不規(guī)則狀凹陷伴疼痛、異味1周于2012年6月來我科就診。1周前,其家長在洗腳時(shí)意外發(fā)現(xiàn)哥哥雙足跖和弟弟左足跖前部均有深褐色斑點(diǎn)狀或不規(guī)則狀溝狀凹陷,自覺輕度疼痛,故來我科就診。兩患兒均有足部多汗史,否認(rèn)赤腳行走及特殊接觸史,否認(rèn)家族成員中有類似相關(guān)病史:
[Abstract]:The two children were twins, both aged 6 years. Due to the presence of double (single) sole brown speckled or irregular indentation with pain, the odor was found 1 week before I visited our department in June 2012. When washing their feet, the parents accidentally found that there were dark brown spots or irregular grooves in the forepart of the elder brother's bipedal and left metatarsal, so they came to our department to see a doctor. Both children had a history of sweating on their feet, denied that they had walked barefoot and had special contacts, and denied that they had a similar history among family members.
