【摘要】：報告1例強效糖皮質激素全身封包治療重癥大皰性類天皰瘡伴股骨頭壞死�；颊吲�,59歲。全身紅斑水皰、大皰伴瘙癢2個月余。既往右側股骨頭壞死已行股骨頭置換術,結合病史、臨床表現、組織病理檢查及免疫熒光結果診斷為大皰性類天皰瘡。早期予環(huán)磷酰胺及英夫利昔單抗(類克)治療無效,予全身外用糖皮質激素霜劑封包治療后,新發(fā)水皰逐漸減少至消失,疾病痊愈。
[Abstract]:A case of severe bullous pemphigoid with necrosis of femoral head is reported. The patient was 59 years old. Systemic erythema blister, bullous with pruritus for more than 2 months. The right femoral head necrosis had been replaced by femoral head replacement, which was diagnosed as bullous pemphigoid with the combination of history, clinical manifestation, histopathology and immunofluorescence. Early administration of cyclophosphamide and infliximab was ineffective, and after the treatment with topical glucocorticoid cream, the new blisters were gradually reduced to disappear and the disease was cured.
