【摘要】：正皮膚結核為結核桿菌侵犯皮膚或其它臟器的結核病灶所繼發(fā)的皮膚損害,病程緩慢,可遷延數(shù)十年或更久。臨床分為原發(fā)性皮膚結核、再感染性皮膚結核及血行性皮膚結核或結核疹3大類,其中原發(fā)性皮膚結核好發(fā)于暴露部位[1]�，F(xiàn)報告1例疣狀皮膚結核。1臨床資料患者,男性,61歲,農(nóng)民。因右側面部皮疹20余年,于2014年1月就診。20余年前無明顯誘因,患者右耳垂部出現(xiàn)一黃豆大小紅色丘疹,無明
[Abstract]:Positive skin tuberculosis is the skin damage secondary to tuberculosis foci involving the skin or other organs by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The course of disease is slow and can be prolonged for decades or longer. It is divided into three categories: primary skin tuberculosis, re-infective skin tuberculosis and hematological skin tuberculosis or tuberculosis rash. This paper reports a case of verrucous skin tuberculosis, male, 61 years old, farmer. Due to skin rash on the right face for more than 20 years, there was no obvious inducement in January 2014. More than 20 years ago, the patient had a soybean size red papules in the right ear lobe.
