【摘要】：目的觀察口服疏肝活血中藥聯(lián)合窄譜中波紫外線照射治療氣滯血瘀型白癜風(fēng)方面的療效和安全性。方法將90例白癜風(fēng)患者隨機(jī)分為聯(lián)合組、光療組及中藥組,每組各30例。聯(lián)合組口服該院舒肝活血中藥配方顆粒,2次/d。并且用311 nm窄譜中波紫外光照射治療,每周照射1、2次。光療組:照射311 nm窄譜中波紫外光,每周照射1、2次。中藥組:口服該院疏肝活血中藥配方顆粒,2次/d。每3個(gè)月進(jìn)行1次白癜風(fēng)白斑復(fù)色率療效評(píng)價(jià)、中醫(yī)證候評(píng)分改善療效評(píng)價(jià)及肝腎功能評(píng)測(cè)。共觀察3個(gè)療程。結(jié)果聯(lián)合組白斑療效總有效率均高于光療組和中藥組(P0.05);療效與患者白斑部位、病程有相關(guān)性,與患者年齡無(wú)相關(guān)性;聯(lián)合組中醫(yī)證候改善總有效率均高于光療組,與中藥組無(wú)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論應(yīng)用疏肝活血法聯(lián)合窄譜中波紫外光治療氣滯血瘀型白癜風(fēng)能獲得滿意療效,可在臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy and safety of oral Chinese herbal medicine for dispersing liver and activating blood circulation combined with narrow band ultraviolet B irradiation in the treatment of vitiligo with qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods 90 patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into combined group, phototherapy group and traditional Chinese medicine group with 30 cases in each group. Combined group oral Shugan Huoxue prescription granules 2 times a day. The patients were treated with 311nm medium wave ultraviolet light irradiation twice a week. In the phototherapy group, 311nm medium wave ultraviolet light was irradiated twice a week. Chinese medicine group: oral Shugan Huoxue prescription granules 2 times per day. Every 3 months, the rate of color change of vitiligo was evaluated, the TCM syndrome score was improved and the function of liver and kidney was evaluated. Three courses of treatment were observed. Results the total effective rate of leukoplakia in the combined group was higher than that in the phototherapy group and the traditional Chinese medicine group (P0.05); there was a correlation between the curative effect and the location and course of the leukoplakia, but no correlation with the patient's age; the total effective rate of improving the syndromes of TCM in the combined group was higher than that in the phototherapy group. There was no difference between the Chinese medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group (P0.05). Conclusion the treatment of vitiligo with qi stagnation and blood stasis by the method of soothing liver and activating blood circulation combined with medium wave ultraviolet light of narrow spectrum can be popularized and applied in clinic.
