【摘要】：正患兒女,1d。發(fā)現(xiàn)皮疹13 h入院�；純合档�1胎剖宮產(chǎn)出生,胎齡34周。出生即發(fā)現(xiàn)有皮疹,皮膚輕度黃染,精神反應(yīng)好,無發(fā)熱抽搐及尖叫,無呼吸困難、而色發(fā)紺,吸允欠佳,無嘔吐、腹瀉、腹脹,大小便通暢。父母非近親結(jié)婚,家族中無類似病史。體格檢查:體溫36.5℃,脈搏132次/min,呼吸35次/min,體重2.71 kg。皮膚松弛,乳暈著色淺,乳腺小結(jié)節(jié),頭發(fā)分條欠清,皮紋少,毳毛多,指甲未達(dá)指尖,足底紋少;全身泛發(fā)丘疹,顏面呈苔蘚狀,前囟平軟,
