【摘要】：目的對比分析孕產(chǎn)婦梅毒感染率及網(wǎng)絡報告梅毒發(fā)病率,評價武漢市婚育年齡段女性人群梅毒流行特征和趨勢。方法收集整理2010~2015年武漢市梅毒病例報告及孕產(chǎn)婦梅毒篩查數(shù)據(jù),分析梅毒報告發(fā)病率及孕產(chǎn)婦梅毒感染率變化趨勢。結果2010~2015年,武漢市18~49歲年齡段孕產(chǎn)婦梅毒感染率總體呈上升趨勢(趨勢Z=6.155 1,P0.01),平均感染率為180.95/10萬;同期武漢市同年齡段女性梅毒報告發(fā)病率總體呈下降趨勢(趨勢Z=-20.064 0,P0.01),年均報告發(fā)病率為25.48/10萬,其中,一期、二期梅毒報告發(fā)病率呈下降趨勢,而隱性梅毒報告發(fā)病率呈增長趨勢(趨勢Z=4.553 9,P0.01)。結論人群梅毒感染率估計是對網(wǎng)絡直報梅毒疫情數(shù)據(jù)的重要補充,應結合本地梅毒疫情估計結果及疫情核查數(shù)據(jù),對梅毒疫情變化趨勢進行客觀的解讀。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and analyze syphilis infection rate of pregnant women and the incidence of syphilis reported online, and to evaluate the epidemic characteristics and trend of syphilis among married and childbearing women in Wuhan. Methods the data of syphilis case report and maternal syphilis screening in Wuhan from 2010 to 2015 were collected, and the reported incidence of syphilis and the changing trend of syphilis infection rate in pregnant women were analyzed. Results from 2010 to 2015, the syphilis infection rate of pregnant and lying-in women of 1849 years old in Wuhan showed an increasing trend (the average infection rate was 180.95 / 100 000). Over the same period, the reported incidence of syphilis among women of the same age group in Wuhan showed a general downward trend (trend ZHU -20.064 0% P0.01N, the annual reported incidence rate was 25.48% / 100 000, among which, in the first stage, the secondary syphilis reported incidence rate showed a downward trend. However, the reported incidence of recessive syphilis showed an increasing trend (P 0.01). Conclusion the estimation of syphilis infection rate in population is an important supplement to the data of syphilis epidemic situation reported directly on the network. The trend of syphilis epidemic situation should be interpreted objectively by combining the estimated results of local syphilis epidemic situation and the epidemic situation verification data.
