【摘要】： 研究目的： 觀察595nm波長可調(diào)脈寬的脈沖染料激光治療各類型皮膚血管性疾病的臨床療效和不良反應(yīng)。 研究方法： 收集我院皮膚科激光門診2008年10月到2009年3月間的105例選擇性皮膚血管性疾病病例�；仡櫺詫�(shí)境研究皮膚血管性疾病管理數(shù)據(jù)庫中年齡、皮損類型、部位、激光治療前后的療效及副作用。并隨訪超過2個(gè)月,了解其不適癥狀是否較前改善。 研究結(jié)果： 595nm波長可調(diào)脈寬的脈沖染料激光治療皮膚血管性疾病的總有效率分別為：鮮紅斑痣79.45%,草莓狀血管瘤96.00%,混合性血管瘤25.00%,而海綿狀血管瘤基本無效。年齡越小,療效越好(P0.01～0.05)；眼周、頭面部及頸部皮損療效較好(P0.01～0.05)。術(shù)后副作用以充血水腫發(fā)生率較高,幾乎所有患者治療后均有不同程度的暫時(shí)性充血水腫,約4-5天即可消退,出現(xiàn)萎縮性疤痕患者2例(1.90%)。 結(jié)論： 595nm波長可調(diào)脈寬的脈沖染料激光是治療血管性皮膚病的第三代染料激光,具有穿透較深的波長和脈寬1.5-40ms的長脈寬,幾乎適用于各種管徑的病變血管,治療后不良反應(yīng)輕微,僅有少部分患者遺留疤痕及色素減退等副作用。595nm波長可調(diào)脈寬的脈沖染料激光治療皮膚血管異常性疾病安全性高,療效確切,是目前較理想的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of 595nm wavelength adjustable pulse width pulsed dye laser in the treatment of various types of cutaneous vascular diseases. Methods: 105 cases of selective cutaneous vascular diseases were collected from October 2008 to March 2009. A retrospective study of age, lesion type, site, efficacy and side effects before and after laser therapy in the skin vascular disease management database was conducted. The patients were followed up for more than 2 months to see if the symptoms were improved. Results: the total effective rates of pulsed dye laser with 595nm wavelength adjustable pulse width in treating skin vascular diseases were 79.45, 96.00, 25.00 and 25.00 respectively, while cavernous hemangioma was ineffective. The younger the age, the better the curative effect was, and the better the curative effect was around the eye, head, face and neck. The incidence of postoperative side effects was high, almost all patients had temporary hyperemia edema in varying degrees after treatment, which could be receded in about 4-5 days, and 2 patients with atrophic scar were found to have atrophic scar (1.90%). Conclusion: the pulse dye laser with adjustable pulse width of 595nm wavelength is the third generation dye laser for the treatment of vascular dermatosis. It has the characteristics of penetrating deeper wavelength and long pulse width of 1.5-40ms. The adverse reaction after treatment was mild, and only a few patients had some side effects, such as scar and hypopigmentation. The pulse dye laser with adjustable pulse width at 595 nm was safe and effective in the treatment of skin vascular abnormalities. It was an ideal treatment method at present.
