【摘要】：目的探討艾滋病合并帶狀皰疹的臨床特點(diǎn)。方法回顧性分析住院的138例艾滋病合并帶狀皰疹患者的一般資料、臨床特征及治療轉(zhuǎn)歸。結(jié)果 138例患者中男91例,女47例,年齡(39.9±19.1)歲;11例為艾滋病首發(fā)癥狀,復(fù)發(fā)者23例,累及多神經(jīng)區(qū)域17例;伴神經(jīng)痛94.2%,發(fā)熱65.2%,伴血皰24.6%,大皰33.3%;CD4+淋巴細(xì)胞平均計(jì)數(shù)(113±58)·μL-1,79.7%患者CD4+200·μL-1;皮損完全消退時(shí)間(18.0±6.3)d。結(jié)論艾滋病合并帶狀皰疹患者皮疹廣泛、疼痛明顯、治療周期較長(zhǎng);發(fā)病率、多神經(jīng)區(qū)域受累與CD4+計(jì)數(shù)密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical features of AIDS complicated with herpes zoster. Methods the general data, clinical features and outcome of 138 cases of AIDS complicated with herpes zoster were analyzed retrospectively. Results among 138 patients, 91 were males and 47 were females. 11 cases with age of 39. 9 鹵19. 1 years were the first symptom of AIDS. 23 cases recurred and 17 cases involved multiple nerve regions. There were 94.2% of the patients with neuralgia, 65.2% with fever, 24.6% with blood blisters, 33.3% with bullae 33.3 渭 L ~ (-1) ~ 79.7% with CD _ 4 ~ (200) 渭 L ~ (-1), and 18 0 鹵6.3 d with complete receding time of skin lesions. Conclusion patients with AIDS complicated with herpes zoster have extensive rash, obvious pain and long treatment cycle, and the incidence and involvement of multiple nerve regions are closely related to CD4 count.
