【摘要】：的：通過臨床觀察評價固本湯聯合鹽酸西替利嗪片治療慢性蕁麻疹的療效,以討中西醫(yī)結合治療慢性蕁麻疹的臨床優(yōu)勢。 法：將80例慢性蕁麻疹患者隨機分為兩組：治療組40例,口服固本湯煎劑,次200m1,tid一日三次和鹽酸西替利嗪片,10mg,qd；對照組40例,口服鹽西替利嗪片,10mg,qd,一個療程為7天。于治療開始時、用藥第7天、第天及第28天就診,分別記錄兩組受試者瘙癢程度、風團大小、皮損分布、皮紅斑程度、皮損數量等變化情況。并于治療后第4周評價近期療效。 果：治療前兩組癥狀體征評分無顯著著性差異(P0.05),治療后癥狀體征評差異有顯著著性(P0.05)。兩組于用藥第7天有效率分別為65.79%,62.16%,組比較差異無顯著著性(P0.05)；用藥第14天有效率分別為78.95%,56.76%,組比較差異無顯著性(P0.05)；用藥第28天有效率分別為84.21%,75.68%,組比較均差異無顯著性(P0.05)。完成治療后,治療組癥狀體征總評分為10.135.89,對照組總評分為8.97±4.63,兩組總評分比較,差異有顯著著性(P0.05)。良反應：75例患者中共有3例出現不良反應,治療組1例,對照組2例,主要現為口干、頭痛、嗜睡及胃腸道不適。不良反應均較輕微,停藥后即消失。 論：中西醫(yī)結合(固本湯與鹽酸西替利嗪片)、單純用西藥(鹽酸西替利嗪片)療慢性蕁麻疹均可達到良好的短期治療效果,治療組與對照組比較,治療組對善慢性蕁麻疹患者的療效優(yōu)于對照組,是治療慢性蕁麻疹的一種安全有效的治方案。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the curative effect of Guben decoction combined with cetirizine hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic urticaria through clinical observation, in order to discuss the clinical advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods: 80 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 40), treated group (n = 40), oral Guben decoction, 200ml / d three times a day and cetirizine hydrochloride tablet (n = 10 mg / d), control group (n = 40), oral salt cettirizine tablets (n = 40) and salcetirizine tablets (n = 40, 10 mg / g QD, a course of treatment was 7 days). At the beginning of treatment, on the 7th, 2nd and 28th day, the changes of pruritus degree, wind mass size, skin lesion distribution, skin erythema degree and the number of skin lesions were recorded. The short-term curative effect was evaluated 4 weeks after treatment. Fruit: before treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of symptoms and signs between the two groups (P 0.05), but there was significant difference in the evaluation of symptoms and signs after treatment (P 0.05). On the 7th day, the effective rates of the two groups were 65.79 and 62.16, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups, but on the 14th day the effective rates were 78.95 and 56.765.The effective rates of the two groups were 84.2175.68 and 84.2175.68, respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. After the treatment, the total score of symptoms and signs was 10.135.89 in the treatment group and 8.97 鹵4.63 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.05). There were 3 cases of adverse reactions in 75 cases of benign reaction, 1 case in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group. The main symptoms were xerostomia, headache, lethargy and gastrointestinal discomfort. The adverse reactions were mild and disappeared after withdrawal. Conclusion: the treatment of chronic urticaria with traditional Chinese and western medicine (Guben decoction and cetirizine hydrochloride tablets alone) can achieve a good short-term therapeutic effect. The treatment group is compared with the control group. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group on chronic urticaria is better than that of the control group, and it is a safe and effective treatment for chronic urticaria.
