【摘要】：正患者女,29歲。因四肢和頸部紅斑伴瘙癢9 d,加重6 d,于2016年8月11日,來中日友好醫(yī)院就診。患者15 d前因體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)三酰甘油升高3.06 mmol/L(正常值1.70 mmol/L,以下同),予非諾貝特200 mg口服,每日1次治療,服藥6 d后雙小腿出現(xiàn)散在黃豆大紅色丘疹,瘙癢明顯,未予診治,后丘疹逐漸擴(kuò)展至雙下肢暴露部位,并增大至錢幣大斑塊,部分融合。3 d前停服
[Abstract]:The patient is 29 years old. Due to erythema and neck erythema with itching for 9 days, aggravated 6 days, on August 11, 2016, to visit the Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital. 15 days before medical examination, triacylglycerol increased by 3.06 mmol / L (normal value was 1.70 mmol / L), treated with fenofibrate 200 mg orally once a day. After 6 days of treatment, the calf appeared in red papules of soybean, itching was obvious, and no treatment was given. The posterior papules gradually extended to the exposed areas of the lower extremities and increased to the large plaque of coins. Some of them stopped taking before 3. 3 d of fusion.
