【摘要】：報(bào)告1例棘層松解浸潤(rùn)性原發(fā)性乳房外Paget病。患者男,66歲。會(huì)陰紅斑潰瘍10余年。皮膚科檢查:陰莖、陰囊及陰阜大片紅斑及潰瘍,其上有大小不等的結(jié)節(jié)及大量膿性分泌物。皮損組織病理:表皮棘層明顯增生肥厚,向真皮內(nèi)浸潤(rùn),細(xì)胞排列絮亂,異形明顯,可見核分裂象及角化不良細(xì)胞,真皮內(nèi)可見少量鱗狀細(xì)胞團(tuán)塊,周圍大量炎性細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)。腹股溝淋巴結(jié)組織病理:淋巴結(jié)內(nèi)見Paget樣細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)。診斷:棘層松解浸潤(rùn)性原發(fā)性乳房外Paget病。
[Abstract]:A case of invasive primary extramammary Paget disease was reported. The patient was 66 years old. Perineum erythema ulcer more than 10 years. Dermatology: large erythema and ulcers of penis, scrotum and caruncle, with various sizes of nodules and massive purulent secretions. Histopathology of lesions: epidermal spinous layer obviously proliferated and thickened, infiltrated into dermis, cells arranged in disorder, abnormal shape, mitotic and keratosis cells could be seen, a small amount of squamous cell mass could be seen in dermis, and a large number of inflammatory cells were infiltrated around the dermis. Inguinal lymph node histopathology: Paget-like cell infiltration was seen in the lymph node. Diagnosis: invasive primary extramammary Paget disease.
