【摘要】：正1臨床資料患兒女,9個月。右手拇指深在性疼痛性水皰10d。患兒發(fā)病前有上呼吸道感染病史,3周前右側(cè)口角曾出現(xiàn)水皰、糜爛及結(jié)痂,有疼痛感,在外院按"單純皰疹"予阿昔洛韋軟膏對癥處理后痊愈。10d前患兒右拇指出現(xiàn)豆大深在性聚集的丘皰疹、水皰,皰壁厚,周圍紅腫,觸碰時患兒哭鬧,自行外用消炎藥膏及口服消炎藥物(具體不詳),效果不佳。近3天來患兒精神及食欲較差,伴發(fā)熱,T 38.5℃。患兒有吸允手指習(xí)慣。體檢:系統(tǒng)檢查
