【摘要】：目的評價(jià)多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治療小腿濕疹的療效。方法將95例小腿濕疹患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組(52例)和對照組(43例),觀察組采用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治療,對照組采用丁酸氫化可的松乳膏治療,療程結(jié)束后以臨床癥狀的總積分變化為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評價(jià)療效。結(jié)果兩組治療前疾病積分差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療4周后,兩組間疾病積分和下降指數(shù)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組總有效率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),觀察組療效優(yōu)于對照組。兩組均未出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治療小腿濕疹療效肯定,不良反應(yīng)小,容易被患者接受,是臨床治療小腿濕疹的理想藥物。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the therapeutic effect of mucopolysaccharide polysulfonic acid cream on eczema of leg. Methods Ninety-five patients with eczema of the leg were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 52) and the control group (n = 43). The observation group was treated with mucopolysaccharide polysulfonic acid cream and the control group with hydrocortisone butyrate cream. The curative effect was evaluated by the total integral change of clinical symptoms after the course of treatment. Results there was no significant difference in the disease score between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the difference of disease score and descending index between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05), the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion the mucopolysaccharide polysulfonic acid cream is an ideal drug for the treatment of eczema of the lower leg.
