【摘要】：報(bào)告1例脂溢性類天皰瘡�；颊吣�,22歲。頭面部紅斑、水皰,伴劇烈瘙癢9個(gè)月。皮疹漸增大、增多,累及耳郭、胸部、背部,部分水皰破潰,形成糜爛面。皮損組織病理檢查示局部表皮壞死,可見表皮下水皰,真皮血管周圍淋巴細(xì)胞、嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞及中性粒細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)。直接免疫熒光:基膜帶Ig G、C3呈帶狀沉積。用ELISA法檢測(cè)大皰性類天皰瘡(BP)180抗體84 k U/L(正常值≤9 k U/L)。結(jié)合臨床、組織病理及血清學(xué)檢查結(jié)果診斷為脂溢性類天皰瘡。
[Abstract]:A case of seborrheic pemphigoid was reported. The patient was 22 years old. Erythema, blister, severe itching for 9 months. The rash gradually enlarged, increased, involving the ear, chest, back, part of the blister burst, forming erosive surface. Histopathological examination showed local epidermal necrosis, subepidermal blister, infiltration of lymphocytes around dermal vessels, eosinophils and neutrophils.
